Sanpriest feat. NoelTheLyricist [2024] - Cravin [Black Unicorn Entertainment]

As alluded to a few days ago on the post for Jeremey Turgeon's latest single ("Turned It Around"), the new single "Cravin" by Sanpriest is out today.

Unlike his previous three singles, this one includes rap from NoelTheLyricist (Alphonse Christofer-Noel Williams) from Greensbro, NC, which may limit it's appeal in some quarters (and perhaps enhance it in others!).  

Admittedly, it's not as instant as some of his previous singles but stick with it as it's a grower.

Sanpriest [2024] - To Be There [Black Unicorn Entertainment]

Charlotte, NC, actor/singer Marktavious Patton, under his musical alias Sanpriest, debuted last year with "She's Bad" co-written with Jeremy Turgeon (aka Brass Man Reptiles and trumpet player with Doobie Powell and many others).

He followed it up in Feb this year with the very well received "Come Here Baby" which he now consolidates with his third single "To Be There" released last week which we omitted to post.

Sanpriest [2023] - She's Bad [Black Unicorn Entertainment]

Sanpriest is a name used by actor/singer Marktavious Patton from Charlotte, NC, and "She's Bad" is a debut single in collaboration with trumpeter Jeremy Turgeon  (Springfield, MA, now living in North Carolina) who he co-wrote the song with and who, presumably, is the trumpet player on the song.

Turgeon leads the horn section for gospel/jazz artist Doobie Powell and featured here with a single "Just Feels Right" last Aug ('22).
