Blue Lab Beats are a London 'Jazzatronic' (their word)
duo Namali Kwaten (NK-OK) and David Mrakpor (MR DM) who were signed to the
legendary Blue Note label in 2020.
Their music has been described as a fusion of Hip Hop, R&B ,Jazz &
Afrobeat which has sprung the term Jafrobeat.
To date they've released three albums "Xover" (2017), "Voyage" (2019) and "The Sounds Of Afrotronica" (2021).
Their latest single "Labels" which features Tiana Major9 and Kofi Stone was released last
Friday (5 Nov 2021).
