Dawkins & Dawkins [2021] - Never Gets Old Faith & Favor Vol.2 [Legacy Music Group] (Full Album)

The second volume of "Never Gets Old" "Faith & Favor" (released 30 Jul 2021) isn't getting as much love as the first volume (which reached #2 on Global Soul chart last month), but it needs a few listens before you dismiss it completely as there are a couple of good tracks. One ("Come By Here") has already been posted last week, another worth a second listen is "Outta My Way".

I believe that there is a series of four albums, so watch out for the next instalment in a couple of weeks.

Dawkins & Dawkins [2021] - Come By Here [Legacy Music Group]

The lead single from their latest instalment of their "Never Gets Old" series of albums is "Come By Here". The first album being subtitled "Love And Light  Vol. 1" (released 25 Jun which was well received) and the latest "Faith & Favor Vol.2"  (released 30 Jul) which doesn't live up to the first volume I'm afraid to say, apart from this track.

I saw this last week but passed it by as I incorrectly assumed that it was a track from Love & Light Vol.1 as I didn't think they would release a new album so quickly after the last. It shows how fast the turnaround is in this new digital age!

Dawkins & Dawkins are well established  urban contemporary gospel artists Anson & Eric Dawkins from the 90s.

The new album from legendary 90s contemporary urban gospel artists Anson & Eric Dawkins. They released a single "In My Feelings" (included on the album) back on 14 May.

This is a strong album with at least four standout tracks 'Somethin'", "That Love" "Make Me Believe" and "Fire".

Dawkins & Dawkins [2021] - In My Feelings [Legacy Music Group]

Contemporary, urban gospel from veterans Anson & Eric Dawkins who at one time were members of Commissioned, but went solo in 1992. They have a new (?) single released 14 May 2021 by Legacy Music, so is it something that's been in the can a while?

I have to confess, it's not really my 'cup o' tea' as it's a bit too R&B oriented for me.
