Having teased us since Mar 2022 with incremental releases of singles
which have included all the previous singles, WILSN has
finally released the full album "These Days Are Over" today (3 Feb '23). The album contains thirteen tracks, six of which
have been released over the months a singles.
The previously released singles are tracks 1 to 6 i.e. "You Know
Better" (3 Dec '21), "Tell Me" (25 Mar '22), "Me Or Her" (4 Aug '22),
"If You Wanna Love Me" (29 Sep '22), "Hurts So Bad" (22 Nov '23) ,
"These Days Are Over" (18 Jab '23). There are videos for each of these
below.
So that leaves six new songs and a new version of "Hurts So Bad" which is a
duet with Josh Teskey of Ivy League label mates The Teskey Brothers, which
is one of the standout tracks.
WILSN (aka Shannon Busch) is from Melbourne where she studied jazz at
Victorian College of the Arts. She released a debut EP "Don't Give It Up" in 2015 and followed it with a self-titled, six track EP in 2019. She
has also supported Charles Bradley, Allen Stone and St Paul &
The Broken Bones.
