It's been a while since we've had new material from Nottingham
duo Melonyx (Georgia Copeland and Nadia Latoy) who broke through with a double single "Energy" / "Melonin Queens" from their, then forthcoming, EP "Black Elixir" back in May 2021.
Since their breakthrough single they have signed to Brighton's Tru
Thoughts, released their debut EP and a couple of singles as well as, most
recently, featuring on a couple of others.
The new single "Solar Power" is released today, produced by label mate J-Felix which the duo states
is "Our purest source of vitamin D and a natural antidepressant; we stay in
a constant state of yearning for its healing radiance and is our love letter, ode, and homage to the Sun - Giver of life and
light."
