2022.
It will be the first time on 7" for two sides of the single
"If I Could (Make You Mine)" / "Rhythm & Rhyme" which are taken from a 1977 album "Newban 2" following "Newban" the same year. The albums were recorded in 1974 and later unofficially
released on the tax scam
Guinness
label in 1977.
Newban were classmates at Woodland High School, NYC who, after these two
albums were unofficially released on Guinness, changed their name to
Atlantic Starr later after moving to L.A. and signing to A&M in
1977.
Both albums were combined and reissued by BBE in 2012 on vinyl and CD.
