Debut EP (released 7 May 2021) from Mychelle from Hackney who was spotted by Idris Elba
busking in London who invited her to work on his
Yardie
mixtape for his debut movie as director. Two of the tracks have already
been released as singles earlier this year: 'Closure' and 'The Way'.
She's a guitarist as well as a singer and all of the tracks except
'Honest' (the best track I think) are acoustic. 'Honest', like so many
tracks around these days, is very Sade-esque. It is the only
track on the EP that she hasn't done a video for, so I'll post the video
for the other non-single track 'Life Isn't'.
