Liquid Spirits [2023] - Might Just Make It [Outlaw Records]

Liquid Spirits is a group from Amsterdam founded by Wiboud Burkens (keys), Manuel Hugas (bass) and Ivan Peroti (vocals).  They have released three albums since 2006 and their latest "Years" in Dec 2021.

Since then they released four singles last year and their first of 2023 "Might Just Make It" is out today.

Liquid Spirits [2021] - Years [Outlaw Records] (Full Album)

Liquid Spirits from Amsterdam have featured a couple of times previously on the blog with two of their recent singles "It's Not Fair" and "Mama's House", both of which are featured on their new album "Years" released 3 Dec 2021.

In addition, another three tracks have previously been released as singles this year "Years", "My Shade Of Color" and  "Someday".

It's a pretty solid album throughout and I think of the non-singles "Heart Shame" is probably the standout.

Liquid Spirits [2021] - Mama's House [Outlaw Records]

Amsterdam group Liquid Spirits featured on the blog in June with their last single "It's Not Fair". Their latest single "Mama's House" (released 20 Aug 2021) is quite a bit departure being more of a nu funk sound which has shades of Jamiroquai about it (or at least that's what springs to my mind when listening to it) which will give you an idea what to expect.
