The lead single from Lindsey Webster's forthcoming album "Reasons", "Stay With Me" features Randy Brecker, on flugelhorn who, with his brother Micheal, formed jazz fusion
duo The Brecker Brothers in 1975 after a spells with Blood, Sweat &
Tears, Horace Silver Quintet, Art Blakey's Jazz Messengers and
Dreams.
Initially we were told when posting the promo on 6 Aug that the single was scheduled for release on 8
Aug with the album dropping on 9 Sep 2022. The single was actually only
released on Friday (19 Aug 2022) but is the highest new entry on this
week's UK Soul Chart entering at #10.
