D.C.R. [2021] - Dad [IGYB Music] (Full EP)

A new album/EP (six tracks - so to me it's an EP!) called 'Dad" from D.C.R. (Dawn Claudette Rose) from Manchester (now based in London) was released 23 Jun 2021. 

"Old Skool" is a nice little bouncy number and is what it 'says on the tin' a 90s old school vibe which was originally released in 2019.

She also released another track "Positive Vibes" in 2019 (also included on the EP) which is getting a 7" vinyl release on LRK on 31 Aug 2021, and posted last month.

D.C.R. [2021] - Positive Vibes [LRK Records #LRK-07]

D.C.R. (Dawn Claudette Rose) from London originally released this track on 31 May 2019, two years later it gets a first release on vinyl via LRK records. The flip side is the instrumental version. 

It's got an old school 80s/90s UK vibe a la Brand New Heavies / Soul II Soul and featured on Expansion's annual compilation of modern soul tunes 'Soul Togetherness 2019'.

It's limited to 300 copies on vinyl, available from 31 Aug 2021 from LRK BandCamp store to pre-order... as I attach the BandCamp link I've noticed that it is already sold out on vinyl (but may be available from record dealers such as MD Records) but, of course, you can still download digitally from same place.

D.C.R. runs her own fashion design business in London called 'I Got Your Back'. She was born in Manchester to Jamaican parents and raised in London.
