Alex Puddu Feat. Simone Miller [2022] - Undress You Mind [Al Dente]

Copenhagen based Roman Alex Puddu has a new single out "Undress your Mind". Officially it was released on Friday 6 May but I think there's been a delaying uploading it to DSPs as it certainly wasn't there on Saturday or Sunday (as I looked for it when posting the UK Soul Chart Breakers), although the video for it was uploaded to YouTube then. 

It's an 80s boogie.funk throwback which comes with two mixes, the Radio Edit and the slightly faster Rob Hardt (Cool Million) Remix which is by the far the better mix in my view.

Alex Puddu Feat. Simone Miller [2021] - Call Me [Self Released]

Alex Puddu's new single "Call Me" has him doing what he does best nu disco/retro whatever you want to call it. This has that late 70s / early 80s feel and features the vocals of Simone Miller.

Maybe it's just me but I'm sure I detect hints of intro to The Shapeshifters recent 'hit' "Finally Ready" around 1:33? (who, themselves, may well have 'borrowed' it from elsewhere?)
