Mikhala Jené is from Jacksonville, NC, and started singing in church. She
released her debuted EP/album "Carolina Blues" in 2018 and today released her sophomore project "The Missing Peace".
In addition, she now has around eight singles to her name, her last "Human Nature" (Aug 2022), her only single this year, is included along with her previous
solo single from Nov 2020 "All I Ever Wanted".
Hands down the standout track is "When Bridges Burn" ... pure soul with a gospel edge and only a piano accompaniment, but don't sleep on the remainder of the album as there are some great tracks.
