I'm not quite sure about the story behind this album from
Jus Henry "Challenge The Motive" as it came up as a new release on 8 Dec, but looking into it further it
was showing as released on 6 Apr 2018! However, if you select each
track individually on Amazon it gives the release date as 8 Dec 2021, so
what to think?
It took a few listens to get my ears around this album as many of the
tracks are hip-hop but it's well worth persevering with as there are a
few growers on it i.e. "Kids In The Street", "Guilty" and "Ready To Go".
Jus Henry is originally from the Virgin Islands now living in Tampa, FL.
and this appears to be his only solo album with one of the tracks "Checking For Me" being his only solo single but he has featured for other artists
recordings.
