Since their 25th anniversary album "25" in Jan '21, D'Sound have released two
singles and reissued their 2003 album "Doublehearted" adding a dozen demos
from 2002.
Their first release of 2024 is "Get Used To It" out today.
D'Sound are from Oslo, Norway and were formed in 1993 by drummer Kim Ofstad and bassist Jonny Sjo when they met at Berklee College of Music in Boston, MA. Their singer was Simone Eriksrud who left in 2018 but returned to record a couple of singles and perform live in 2022-23. They feature guest vocalists in her absence and New York's Autumn Rowe featured on the single "Right Now" (Apr '22).
As the new single is co-written by Ofstad, Sip and Erikstrud, we assume it's Erikstrud on lead vocals?
