We were first introduced to Bobby Harden back in May 2020 and a did a feature on him, so for background information click on this link.
He's been around since at least the 80s and was inducted into The New York Blues Hall Of Fame in 2013. Born in Youngstown, OH, he moved Houston and then New York and took over from Eddie Floyd as lead singer for The Original Blues Brothers Band which is led by Stax legend Steve Cropper and Lou Marini who released "The Last Shade Of Blue Before Dark" in 2017.
Last year he released, what is now regarded as, a future modern soul

Dala Records. The label was set up by Billy Aukstik (formerly of
Daptone) in 2015. Aukstik released his own material as Billy the Kid
& The Soulful Saints on the label. Billy met Bobby through a
mutual friend in the Autumn of 2017 not long after the death of
Charles Bradley, Aukstik was Bradley's trumpeter.
On 12 May '23 Harden has a ten track debut album set for release, "Bridge Of Love", which will also be available on vinyl and CD. To launch the album the a
