Atlanta's JaQuandice Rashawn Andrews is a singer, songwriter and dancer and has released her eighth single, "Tell Me", which is obviously based around The S.O.S. Band's 1983 song "Tell Me If You Still Care" penned by Jam & Lewis.
Whilst not necessarily a straight cover, as it adds a few contemporary bits here and there, there is no doubting its origins even though they don't credit Jam & Lewis.
We skimmed through her previous material and this is her best to date for soulies as much of her earlier material is hip-hop/R&B.
