We first came across Sweatson Klank (Thomas Wilson who was formerly known as Take) in June with a single "The Limit" feat. AYA.. It was the second single from his new album "A Free Mind" which was released in full on Friday (22
Sep) and since then he appears to have drip fed another six singles from
it.
He's a beatmaker/MC/producer from L.A. whose catalogue goes back as far
as 1999 under various aliases such as Take, Kirsnick Ball, The Rocket and his real name Thomas Wilson. He seems to have adopted the name Sweatson Klank around 2012 and has
35 singles/EPs and now six albums under that moniker and many more under
his various aliases.
Several tracks have a retro 80s feel.
