Jr. Thomas (Thomas McDowall) collaborates with old friend Albert Perez Jr. (both from Minneapolis) in a new project Jr.
Thomas & Cutlass and has moved away from the Jamaican inspired songs he
recorded as Jr. Thomas & The Volcanos (Truth & Soul
Records/Colemine Records).
Their second single following "Eyes Wide Open" in Dec '22 is "Reflections"
a dreamy, retro soul sound.
The remaining players are Ray Jacildo (keys), Scott Abels
(percussion/vibes), Zac Pike (guitar), Melvin ‘Spoon-E‘ Brannon Jr
(bass) with Albert Perez Jr (guitar) and Jr. Thomas (vocals &
guitar).
