EAL is award winning Elijah Ahmad Lewis from Harlem, NY, who has released his latest single "Brown Suga Babe" on 27 Jun. It's a different, slightly more uptempo, take on his last single titled "Brown Suga" (Nov '22) and his previous two were "Down Live" (Nov '20) and "Down" (Oct '20).
Elijah's background is in gospel and he was a member of a boy band Vibez before he released his debut solo EP "You" in 2012. His uncle is Kool & The Gang's James JT Taylor, who he has worked with along with artists such as Madonna, Mary Mary, Ariana Grande, Alessia Cara, Cissy Houston, Marc Cohn, Chance the Rapper, SZA.
He starred as Stevie Wonder in "Motown the Musical" as well as currently playing David Ruffin in "Ain't Too Proud to Beg".
