New Zealand saxophonist, producer and DJ, Matt Bizzle collaborates
with Oklahoma-born musician Kevin Posey on rap and Mols ESMÉ on vocals
for his latest single "You Do You" out today.
It's an uplifting song that fuses soul and house and a little jazz
but could probably do with a clean edit for radio airplay. OK
expletives are used in everyday use but it's a slippery slope if
standards are lowered and we constantly here it on radio and TV, just
saying!
Also, an observation is that, the sound levels are quite low so you may have to apply some gain on
it if downloaded. We've run it through
Platinum Notes giving it a gain of 2dB and it still sounds 'muddy'
..poor mastering or is it supposed to be lo-fi?
