There are other artist with the same name so we can't be 100% sure, but believe this to be a debut single from Leilah which is classified as 'theatrical play'. There are two tracks "INTERMISSION" and "ELEMENT" with both included on a music video which shows footage of 60s/70s London so presume that the artist is from London.
