Here's yet another song, titled "Possession" (released 20 Feb '23), that uses the sample/backing track that keeps
recurring, I wouldn't mind a few quid for each song it's been used
on! I can only imagine it's one of those freebie sound samples
available?
The only info available on the artist, Oracle, is that their social media states 'Sounds from Ginen, NYC'. The song's
writing credits are to Toya J Abdaraya, as are tracks on a
self-titled album released on 21 Jan '23, so draw your own
conclusions.
