R.I.P. Joyce Sims (6 Aug 1959 - 15 Oct 2022)


It is being reported that 80s artist Joyce Sims died yesterday aged only 63, no cause of death has been given. Only on 22 July she released her latest single which was a cover of Bobby Caldwell's "What You Won't Do For Love" which it was stated was from a forthcoming album "Change". Joyce also performed at London's Jazz Cafe just over a month ago on 29 Aug 2022.
She had several big club hits: "(You Are My) All And All" (1985) and "Lifetime Love" and "Come Into My Life" (both 1987), and released two albums in the 80s and has recorded a further four between 2006 and 2014, although two are compilations of previous hits.
