Having already posted a promo of "Soul Town" last week, the full album "Soul Encounter" by The SWR Big Band & Ona Onabule slipped out on
Friday (13 May 2022).
Apart from the obvious choice, "Soul Town", the other choice cuts are "Be A Man", "The Meaning Of Love" along with "Let Love Alone" (released as a single in March) and "Where The Past Goes".
What an incredible and classy voice Ola Onabule has, which reminds me of shades of the great Johnny Mathis in places! An impressive and classy set indeed.
