Millie Jackson [1976] - There You Are / A House For Sale [Spring]

A superb deep soul cut by Millie Jackson "There You Are" from 1976 which has been a long time favourite. It was released as a B side in both US and UK with different A sides. 

The US version was on flip to "Bad Risk" whilst in the UK it was on the other side to her Northern Soul in-demander "A House For Sale" which means it will cost you between £50-£75 on a UK copy as oppose to only £5-£10 on a US issue.

All three sides appeared on her "Free And In Love" album.
