Donnie, Fonnie & La Vorn [2021] - It's A Sweet Love / A Woman Who'll Let You Be A Man [Numero Group #NUM5527]

This is a reissue of a 1970 single "It's A Sweet Love" / "A Woman Who'll Let You Be A Man" on the short-lived Trump label. Numero Group has reissued it with a look-a-like label design. It is the only single for Donnie, Fonnie & La Vorn (Smith) and was the last release on the Trump label. However they did release some earlier material as Act III (two singles around 1966)  and also as Gents & The Lady in 1969.

Fonnie Farley (and possibly Donnie Farley) were members of The Lyrics, a quintet of friends from the Orange Mound area of Memphis, TN. who cut around five singles in the early 60s.
