This one escaped on Friday (12 Nov 2021) and just try putting it back in
the box. It's a JAM, try keeping still to this! My immediate thought
is that it harps back to James Brown and Marv Whitney style tunes.
Dames Brown are Athena Johnson (who replaced Jael Coston),
LaRae Starr (aka Lisa Cunningham) and Teresa Marbury from Detroit who have
been laying it down since their debut "Soul Fly" in 2013 written and
produced by Joseph 'Amp' Fiddler. They are assisted on their latest
release "What Would You Do?" by fellow Detroiter Amp Fiddler and Andrés.
I've included an interview with some video clips of them performing by

I've been thinking about what this tune reminded me of and I think it's
"You Got To Have A Job" from Marva Whitney & James Brown (1969), or perhaps Marva Whitney "What Do I Have To Do To Prove My Love
To You" (1968).
