Spin Sista is a producer and on this track features Lina Richards who as also featured on another track with Spin Sista on his "Dystopia" album last year. I'm not quite sure why this is specifically the "Clouds (Single Version)" as I can't find any trace of another version but perhaps an extended version may appear on a later album?
"Clouds", released yesterday (22 Oct 2021), has a bit of a retro feel whist still being contemporary.
