"Cutie" by Raw Stilo was originally released in 1995 on 12" vinyl with eight different mixes. Raw Stilo were Chandra Simmons and Carmen Brown
and featured rapper Egypt on this track. This appears to be their only release under this moniker, although Chandra Simmons released material before and after the group.
It reached #63 on US &&B chart and, apparently, samples Don Covay's "What's In The Headlines" from his 1972 album "Different Strokes For Different Folks" on Janus. I can't hear it myself, so I'm not sure which part was sampled!
For some reason, the "Party Mix", which was only available on the promo release in 1995, has been re-released on 20 Oct 2021. It's certainly an infectious groove.
NOTE on most DSP's the name is erroneously spelt Raw Srilo instead of Raw
Stilo.
