Isa Reyes is from New York and delivered her fourth release today,
her first EP "Bels", consisting of four tracks which includes two of her three singles "Whistles" (Oct 202) and "Santiago" (Sep 2021) (video below). She debuted in Apr 2018 with "Sweet Tooth".
It's a wispy neo soul job with "Black Velvet' probably being my choice cut, but "Bels" is quite nice too after a few listens.
