TanQueray Hayward [2021] - Standing All Alone (The Realm Remix) [Self Released]

TanQueray Hayward recently (Aug) added two bonus tracks to her debut album "Definition Of A Woman".  Today (9 Oct 2021) she has promoed another track from the album "Standing All Alone" with The Realm Remix which is due for official release on 22 Oct 2021.

It's already causing a bit of a stir since she announced it on her facebook page less than a hour ago, especially amongst the UK DJ community.

Love R and B [2021] - Same Team [Self Released] (Full EP)

This is a bit of an unusual release. Love R and B released a six track EP on 3 Oct 2021 titled "Same Team" which includes a retro Chicago (R. Kelly) style stepper "Feeling My Best" and a gospel ballad "On God". Three of the other tracks are hip-hop and the final track R&B.

All tracks are written by Robert Edward Clay III and Brittany Rashae Clay, so presumably R and B stands for Robert and Brittany, and again, presumably, they are husband and wife?

I may as well post the full EP but the only track of real interest is "Feeling My Best" but "On God" is not a bad deep/gospel ballad.

Lauren Ashley [2021] - Libra [Natural City Music] (Full Album)

Lauren Ashley featured here last month with her second single which was a cover of Sade's "Love Is Stronger Than Pride". Last week (5 Oct 2021) she released  her debut album "Libra". 

It's predominately an R&B affair with "Love It Here" having a promo video suggesting that it will be the lead single. The album contains her other release "Single Weather" but surprisingly not "Love Is Stronger Than Pride".

The standout track, for me, is "Pull Up".

Kasia Konstance [2021] - Cosmic Dust [Self Released] (Full EP)

London singer/songwriter/flautist Kasia Konstance released her debut five track EP "Cosmic Dust" yesterday (8 Oct 2021). It contains all her singles released so far i.e. "Cosmic Dust", North41" and "You Never Do" (released and posted in June).

I've included a video of an alternate take of "North41" which I think is actually a better version.

KALLITECHNIS & Jarreau Vandal [2021] - Because It Feels Good [Self Released] (Full EP)

KALLITECHNIS is from Montreal and debuted in 2016 via a track "Talk Talk Talk" uploaded to SoundCloud (posted below). Her first official release was an EP "[wet paint]" in 2017.

Her name is a translation from Greek meaning artist (kalli = good and techni = art).

The latest single "SELFISH", produced by Jarreau Vandal, was released 24 Sep 2021.

Since drafting this post two weeks ago when "Selfish" was released, and choosing not to post it, she has subsequently released the track on a six track EP (8 Oct 2021), so have included the full EP

Jessica Domingo [2021] - Butterfly Paradise [Self Released] (Full Album)

Jessica Domingo, originally from Seattle now living in L.A., released her sophomore album "Butterfly Paradise"  yesterday (8 Oct 2021).

A couple of tracks picking up immediate attention are "Keep On Loving You" and "Art Of Letting Go" but there are plenty of other pleasant tracks if you like the wispy neo soul/R&B sound such as "Gravity", "After Midnight" and "Letter To Self" which stand out but the whole album is pretty good.

It looks like the lead single from the album is likely to be "Lotus" as a video for it is set to premier later today at 22:00 GMT.
